Oakley Making iphone Cases: World Wonders Why?

Oakley is branching out from just making ugly ass sunglasses to ugly ass iphone cases, as this $30 dollar hunk of rubber will encase your soon to be out of date iphone. Oakley has managed to take a beautifully designed gadget and make it into a hulking slab of rubber, and charge a premium for it by calling it Unobtainium rubber.

Please stick to bilking people for over priced sunglasses and crappy ass MP3 hybrid players.

Xbox 360: Case Mod With A Purpose

If you've had enough of your Xbox 360 overheating but you're to cheap to buy a cooling system, there may be another answer.

Hot Rock Cases are built to change color when your Xbox starts to reach critical mass. It doesn't do much for actually cooling the 360 down, but it will flash red at 118-degrees Fahrenheit giving you warning before it turns into a brick.

No word on pricing but you can check it out after the leap. [Maxconsole via Engadget]

Alienware Selling P2 Case For $399:

If you've alway wanted one of those cool Alienware cases but you work for the man and can't afford it, this P2 Chassis is a good compromise.

For $399.00 you get the shell, which comes with a 700-watt power supply, blue LEDs, and the quality construction Alienware PCs are known for.

Still, $399 is pretty steep for a case, even if it is Alienware. You can get a pretty decent looking one, plus a good power supply for under $200.00

Check it out after the jump. [Computer Shopper]
