Blackberry Storm 2: No Clicky Screen


RIM's iPhone killer the Blackberry Storm, will give it another try later this year with the Blackberry Storm 2. Boy Genius Report has some specs on version 2 Blackberry touch screen, and it comes with some interesting changes. Gone is the once trumpeted click screen, and Wi-Fi has been added to the device. The Blackberry 9550 will be out once again on Verizon and Vodafone. Check the other changes below:

  • Single-band UMTS/HSDPA (2100MHz only)
  • Wi-Fi b,g
  • 3.2 megapixel camera
  • 360×480 resolution capacitive screen

I've never used a phone that runs on windows mobile. Is it as clunky as critics say?

The storm doesn't use Win Mobile, but the OS that it does run is clunky. The only mobile OS that runs well is the Palm Pre, Android, and the iPhone OS.
