Remember the cool-looking (and apparently, cool-running) custom Xbox 360 chassis prototype that Lian Li displayed during the CES 2008? It turns out that the company's also set up camp over at Hanover's ongoing CeBIT 2008 computer expo to set up what looks like an upgraded build of their kit.
The Lian Li booth's version of the chassis is a pre-production model, indicating that it shouldn't be too long before it hits the market. As for the other details that were unveiled regarding this new chassis:
Aluminum enclosure built to carry all the 360's components
Pre-prepared water-cooling holes
Facilities for HDMI (for the Xbox 360 Elite)
Single, low-speed 120mm fan in the rear
No release dates have been announced for this new kit yet, although it's hinted that it'll be released with a US$ 80 price tag. Drop by again in case we receive any new details regarding this mod.
This kind of intrigues me. Check out the full story here.
