Virgin Airlines Shows You How It Should Be Done

If you've done any kind of flying, you know that most airlines are a big suck fest that should be put out of its misery (American, Delta).

Well Boing Boing’s Xeni Jardin had a chance to fly on Virgin Airlines inaugural flight, and his write up on the trip is very interesting. According to Doug Asmoth of Crunchgear, not only do they have low airfare (SF to NY for $278), but also "WiFi access, super comfortable seats, touchscreen infotainment systems built into every headrest, Doom (!), Google Maps, Linux, movies, TV, and soft lighting".

When was the last flight you've taken that you had all of that? Never? Because no one else offers that.

If Virgin starts to work out of all major cities and offers that kind of service on all their flights, bye bye crappy ass airlines!!!
