OK...I can only say WOW!!!!

When we saw the XPERIA X1 announced yesterday we pretty much flipped our collective geeky lids, this handset is the stuff mobile dreams are made of. There is nothing to gripe about here and while our play date was short-lived -- and very supervised -- we did get a chance to peek at the rather unfinished UI, fit and finish, and did we mention the frickin' screen on this phone? Wah! It's like paper. This handset just can't come soon enough -- for those of you not listening earlier, that'll be late Q2 -- but until then you'll just have to live with pics.

Thank you Engadget Mobile.

Now if you'll excuse me....I have to wipe the drool off my chin.

Massive Set Up For World of Warcraft

This is what you get when you take a good game, and loose it on the world full of nerds who have lots of money and to much time on their hands.

This setup is designed to control 46 World of Warcraft accounts by only two geeks (one surprisingly is the girlfriend of the other geek). There are 47 PCs, mostly of Shuttles, Small form factors, and QPack with most of them with no hard drives to cut down on power consumption and heat.

I know that there are a lot of WoW fans out there, but this is taking it to a level........ Ah...never mind! I just remembered who I'm talking to.

Blizzard Increases Difficulty On WoW Mobs

Well WoW fans, if you thought you were going to breeze through the 'Black Temple' you got another thing coming!!!

Blizzard plans to increases the damage output of virtual mobs in some of the game’s boss encounters. The decision is a response to a WoW guild already conquering the game’s latest raid content that came in a patch update just two weeks ago.

European guild Nihilum has already conquered the Black Temple and slaying one of the most significant and terrifying figure in Warcraft lore, Illidan Stormrage. Oh Nooo!!!!!!

One of Blizzard’s game designers, Daelo, said that the difficulty tweak is also based on the demand of a greater challenge by guilds rapidly progressing through the game.
