Clearly I'm behind on this hit web show called 'The Guild', which is in it's fourth season. But after checking out this funny short clip, I think I'm going to check out the rest. This has a little language so you might want to be a little careful at work, or you can just wait til you get home.

What I think is so funny is that anyone who's experienced tech support on the customers side or the actual tech, both have horror stories to tell. Well if you've spent any time on a helpdesk, you know how frustrating certain 'users' can be.

There are aspects of this guy I can relate to, specially the last thing he tells the customer on the phone.
