Youtube user Jacksfilms created this iPhone 3G S parody because he thinks "these constant 'updates' for the iPhone are overpriced and ridiculous," but are they really? Video after the break.

Microsoft Leaves Comments Open On YouTube: Dumb!

Microsoft's PR department thought it was a good idea to promote their products on a YouTube channel.

Sounds good right?

Well the problem came when the PR department decided to leave the comment section open. Big Mistake! Seems everyone who's ever had a problem with Microsoft has decided to let them know about it.

Some of the comments are really funny.

6G ipod: Next Month?

This will have to sit in the rumor bin for now, but we're going to put our faith in the Crunchgear guys sources at Apple and run with it. Their sources are pretty reliable.

They have heard rumors of the 6G version of ipod due out next month, and from what I'm hearing, it sounds good. The next generation is rumored to have a huge HD and have a wide touchscreen similar to the iphone.

It is also said to have 802.11n Wi-Fi connectivity. For YouTube downloads perhaps?
Just remember to take all of it with a grain of salt.

Real Network's Media Player Rips Youtube Vids and More

I've never really liked RealPlayer, as far as I'm concerned, iTunes and Windows Media Player made it obsolete.

Not anymore!!!

RealPlayer does one cool little thing that the other players can not, it can rip video, even Youtube with a single click!!

It won't work on DRM'd enabled content. But so many sites use Flash players as their sole download deterrent, or video streams that can't be saved as more than a bookmark otherwise. The UI on the player pops up over a Flash or movie stream window, allowing you to click to download. What's cool is that it preserves meta-data, like name, rating, description, and where you got it from.

Sharing videos has never been easier.

No YouTube or MySpace fun for US Troops

In an effort to save bandwith, the Department of Defense is blocking access to pipe-hogs like YouTube and MySpace on official computers. Many employees have put up such filters, but this is different:

"Troops and families living on U.S. bases will still be able to view the sites through private Internet networks, but the move leaves service members in Iraq and Afghanistan who use the popular picture- and video-sharing sites with little or no access to them."

I think this is kinda bogus for the government to do, considering that our troops are fighting for our right to watch stupid stuff.

I mean, isn’t the freedom to watch home movies and photos of college kids making fools of themselves exactly what our soldiers are fighting for?
