Voodoo M:152 Envy: Santa Rosa Love Is In The Air

Alright, who's ready for some gaming laptop love!

One of the things that I love about Voodoo is that they don't believe that cramming everything into a laptop is to extreme. And that brings me to their newest announcement, the Voodoo M:152 Envy. Not only did they start this baby off with a Santa Rosa processor, but it comes with a NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT 512MB graphics, 2GB of DDR2-667 RAM that you can upgrade to 4GB, a 2-megapixel camera, and a 5.4-inch WSXGA+ 1680×1050 resolution screen.

All of this comes in under 7 pounds!!!

Pricing is starting at $3,308, which is a bit much. And that doesn't even include the paint job or the tattooing.

HP / VoodooPC merger creates new baby

Hewlett-Packard, using the expertise of VoodooPC, is launching a new line of high-end gaming PC's. The initial offering is the Blackbird 002. The PC was announced yesterday at a press event and has some great features.
The coolest thing is that the whole PC is tool-less that requires no screw-driving to add or remove components. Hit the jump for tech specs and more pictures from the event.

Inside the "Dedication Edition", which launches on September 15 (and there will only be 518 made), gamers will find:

Voodoo ENVY Laptop: 600GB HDD

Who's ready for a Uber Laptop that most likely will cost you big?

The new Voodoo ENVY looks like it may be the one for you. The lappie has an Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800 processor, a Dual NVIDIA GeForce Go 7950 GPU which should get most gaming done, and a 17 inch screen. But the most impressive part is the 600GB HDD, which is split up between 3 200GB.

Oh yeah, and it's Red!
Not bad!

No word on pricing yet, but you know it's going to be high.
