Vista Ultimate (RED) available today
If you don’t want to buy a new Dell PC to get the Windows Vista Ultimate (RED) edition, you can pre-order the standalone operating system over at Amazon for $219.95. If you’re a lucky college student like me, you can purchase the OS at a discount price of $64.95 at The Ultimate Steal.
This version of Vista Ultimate features (RED) wallpapers, gadgets, a screen saver and a DreamScene. Brands who participate in (RED) contribute part of their profits to the Global Fund to help eliminate AIDS in Africa.
The deal from The Ultimate Steal is the cheapest way to get Vista that I can think of.

I would buy the full Dell RED edition on principal if I had the money laying around. (does anyone these days?)
Kudos for Microsoft doing this. Not including all the philanthropy from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; Microsoft has always been a great champion for many good causes!
