Parents Punk Kid On Chirstmas With Fake Xbox 360 Box
I've seen some pretty mean things done to kids, but usually not by the parents for their own amusement. Such is the case with Jonathan's parents who thought it would be funny to put a bunch of shirts in an Xbox 360 box and give it to the kid for Christmas. Better yet, they thought they would video the whole thing to relive their kid bursting into tears.
Oh... man! I just can't stop laughing at their cleverness!
Even though the family keeps saying to the kid that "you know we can't afford an Xbox 360", you just don't do that to a kid. Luckily the guys at Engadget saw the video and rightful called the entire family douchebags, and offered to get the kid and Xbox 360 and some games. From Engadget:
"Update: We've been flooded with email from well-meaning geeks and even Microsoft; just about everyone wants to help us hook up Jonathan. We think we've gotten in touch with his family (who let us know he never got an Xbox, and the whole thing was a prank), and once we know for sure it's him we'll post again."
So it looks like this kid will get a Xbox 360 after all, just don't let you're asshole family play Jonathan.

Actually, Attack of the Show reported that the reason for the prank was that they had bought the kid a 360, but he was peaking and snooping around for his presents and got caught. They did it to teach him a lesson and he did get the game system later on.
