I find this particular story interesting because the fortune 500 company that I work for uses these laptops.
So it seems that users are complaining about the Lenovo's X60 and X61 having issues with the bezels. Apparently the glue that holds the bezels are losing their stickiness and coming apart, resulting in cracking and popping every time the screen is opened.
So Lenovo's Tim Supples issued this statement via Lenovoblogs.com stating that "engineering teams are aware of the issue and are investigating." No word on what they plan on doing about the issue in the mean time.
