Cracked iphone screen


How much would this suck!

A woman dropped her newly purchased iphone from the hight of two feet (she claims), and cracked the screen. But with no insurance for these babies yet, it seems as if the woman is just screwed out of $600.

Wrong.

Apple got wind of the womans issue, and emailed her. Seems that Apple felt sorry for her and replaced the iphone for free. Her quote: "I guess they felt sorry for me."

Now that's customer service.
