So you went to see the latest "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie and thought "you know what, Johnny Depp is a punk, I would be a much better pirate than him". Well thanks to Sony, now is you chance!!!
Sony On-Line Entertainment is creating a new MMO game called "Pirates of the Burning Sea" (that's original). It's not based on the Disney movies with a similar name, but players will have a chance to match their wits against others around the globe to prove who's the best pirate. Players will compete in ship to ship combat and will have thousands of ports to conquer.
The developer "Flying Labs" is pushing for a Fall release and a beta in the next few weeks. So if you're ready to get plenty of booty, this might be for you.
