Looks like not everyone is happy with Dells 'Award winning' service.
Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is suing Dell, alleging deceptive marketing. Dell claims '24 hour' service, but customers must navigate thru a labyrinth to get any help.
I know that Customer Service use to be what Dell was known for, but they have fallen off big time over the years.
Maybe this suit will be a wake up call.
