Rumors are swirling that the next video ipod will have WiFi built in and a full touch screen. The talk is that it would be released in Q3 of 2007. This is a little puzzling that they would step on the sales of the iphone, considering that the screen will be similar and the video features will work the same.
I'm not sure if this release date is accurate considering that it came from DigiTimes, they have a poor record of being right with Apple hardware rumors.
Let us hope that they learn from Microsoft's mistake with the Zune's WiFi fiasco.
