HP Customer Service?




I know that some of the readers of this post have called 'Customer Service' for technical assistance. And I'm sure that everyone has there horror stories to go with them.

What I can't understand is why doesn't the 'Customer Service' people listen to some of there own calls? Just to get a feel of what their customers might be feeling.

But were any of your calls like this?
