Google sued once again

OK, there is now way to describe this, except to say that this has to be the single funniest lawsuit ever. EVER!!!!. Techdirt has chronicled a lawsuit that was filed in the Pennsylvania court system, from a man that states that if you turn his social security number upside-down and scrambled it, it then spells out Google. But, to not spoil it, please go to Techdirt, download the pdf and read it for yourself. If you can get half a page without cracking the hell up, you're a better person than I.

Eminem Goes After Apple: Again!

Man I tell ya, Eminem makes me laugh sometimes.

Eminem is suing Apple once again, for selling his music on iTunes with out his permission. If you remember he also filed a lawsuit against Apple for using his song 'lose yourself' in an unaired Apple TV commercial. The lawsuit this time centers on if Universal (the label who Eminem is on) can cut a deal with Apple to sell his music without his consent.

It looks like Eminem is looking for a larger cut than what Apple is paying Universal for his music. I think it's a little strange that he's going after Apple, and not after his label who brokered the deal in the first place. In all fairness though, I really do think that Apple should disclose how much of that $.99 goes to the artist.
