Peter Ha Of Crunchgear Wants Leopard To Die

Peter Ha of Crunchgear wrote a scathing article about Leopard and how it is full of bugs. He goes so far as to say that he's reloading Tiger back on to his system. I love this quote "I’d rather go back to XP then use this shit anymore". Now that's a switch, because we usually hear about how people are going from Vista back to Windows XP. Could it be that Apple has made its first misstep with an OS?

Is anyone else having the problems that Peter is experiencing with Leopard?

Check his rant out, it's worthy of a read. [Rant: I want you to die, Leopard via Crunchgear]

Buyer Beware: Assassin's Creed for PS3

Irate PlayStation 3 owners are reporting a host of technical problems with their copies of Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed, writing of frame rate problems, screen tearing, geometry clipping and game-stopping lock ups on the official game forums. Most reports from those affected by "white screens of death" are writing that they're using firmware 2.0, specifying so at the request of official Ubisoft forum managers. In addition to a thread dedicated to the PS3's freezing issues, a consolidated bug/glitch thread is currently receiving plenty of responses.

Ouch. It doesn't look as well, now this. This doesn't bode well for Sony.

ibug: Bug List For iphone

The one problem about being first in line to get a new technology product like the iphone, is that you become the troubleshooter. Any bugs that you find will help on the first firmware upgrade, but you spent $600, and you're troubleshooting their product.

So it doesn't surprise me that a huge list of bugs has come out for the iphone, that's the price you pay for wanting to be first. If you really want this thing, and want it to really kick ass, wait for version 2.

But for those who couldn't wait, check out the bugs after the leap. [AppleHound via Gizmodo]

Leopard Hates iphone

Hey Mac heads, if you (somehow) have come across a copy of Leopard from the Internet, you might want to wait on installing it if you've also picked up an iphone.

Some reports are coming thru that the two don't play well together. After installing the new itunes 7.3 with iphone support, the iphone installation is apparently freezing on the first activation page. So if you picked up the Jesus phone, you might want to uninstall your copy (I'm sure legit) of Leopard until Apple creates a fix.
