E3 2009: Fallout 3 DLC trailer

Well, if you haven’t played Fallout 3 yet, then you don’t know what you’re missing.  This upcoming DLC for the FPS/RPG looks to have a horror/suspense/thriller angle.  As long as there’s more action to be had in the Fallout universe, I’m in.  Looks to be coming to at least PC and Xbox 360.  And probably eventually for the PS3.

Fallout 3 - Escape (1 of 5)

This video is a sneak peek at the upcoming game from Bethesda called Fallout 3. This is a sequel to two of the best rpgs on the PC. They just recently got Interplay to enable the first game for play on Gametap, I subsequently loaded it up and lo and behold, five hours were sucked instantly out of my life. The game and story are very engrossing. Even though it has transformed to more of a shooter, it looks like this will be a game that will suck up a lot of my time when it comes out.

Here are the other videos:
Fallout 3 - Megaton (2 of 5)
Fallout 3 - The Wasteland (3 of 5)
Fallout 3 - Super-Duper Mart (4 of 5)
Fallout 3 - Tenpenny Tower (5 of 5)

Fallout 3 Previewed

The folks over at Computer and Video Games have a preview of the upcoming game from Bethesda Softworks, Fallout 3. If you have never played a Fallout game, you are missing out on probably one of the best RPG series made to date. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic United States where almost everything is mutaded, irradiated and just overall messed up. The first 2 games came out in 1997 and 1998 and they are still playable to this day. There were a couple of disappointing follow-up games, they strayed away from being RPGs, but even those were enjoyable. Now the makers of the incredible Elder Scrolls series now have the ball and they look like they are definitely ready to run the rock.
