Since this is probably the top selling game series of all time, you have to give it its props. I have to admit that I do enjoy playing the game every once in a while, I'm just not the type to keep shelling out 20 bucks for every damn expansion that comes out. The first Sims game was a lot of fun, but did seem like it was only a computerized doll house. When Sims 2 came out, it started turning more into a sim/game that had possibilities of an ending. I'm sorry, I like to have a set goal to move towards. I'll probably end up picking this up because it ends up so hilarious with some of the things that happen. Any game where a member of your family can be dumb enough to try and fix a broken light in a bathroom where water is all over the floor, eloctrocute themselves and die, then proceed to haunt the family and scare a member to death can provide some enjoyable moments. By the way, that did happen when I was playing (and I didn't even have to try and have it happen).
