While Microsoft claims that the numbers are coming down, reports of the "red ring of death" that has plagued the Xbox 360 are still outrageous. Well one owner decided to tell Bill Gates about his frustration of being an unfortunate victim. Jon emailed Kathleen Hogan, VP of Customer Service along with Bill Gates himself, and in response received a brand new Xbox 360.

Now I know that everyone who's gotten a defective 360 is pretty pissed about it, so drop Bill an email about it. Who knows, maybe you'll get a new Xbox 360 for the trouble.
