I'm sure the people who read this blog are computer savvy, and in most cases can fix their own computer. But most of the world has to rely on others to help them, such as Geek Squad or Firedog. Well before you trot your computer over to the Big Box stores, you might want to read this confession (inquisitions) of a former Geek Squad employee. Some of the things you read might surprise you about who is really fixing (or not fixing) your computer.
