Bears loss in HD as painful as Standard Definition
So we finally upgraded from our late 1990's DirecTiVo to the HD DirectTV DVR. Here's my short review: Picture's great; lack of dual live buffers sucks donkey balls.
Welcome to the world of crappy UI and lack of dual live buffers Michael. Once you leave the world of Tivo for an HD DVR from DirectTV, Comcast, DishNetwork, ect., your DVR experience goes to hell. That might be the only reason to go to Comcast, because they will soon have the Tivo UI on their HD DVR's for $2.99 a month.
Hell of a pic there Mike. I feel bad for the Bears as well; But maybe following Nelson's advice isn't a bad idea. Maybe by next season the cable and dish/direct tv folks will have worked things out.
Since the Bears officially wont be making the playoffs (after yesterdays debachle) there aren't many Bears games you'd miss since the end of the regular season is coming soon.
You may as well hit a bar/resteraunt and catch the next couple and enjoy the better tech!

A small price to pay to keep your sanity.
As mad as it sounds, I choose the Bears over dual tuners. Groan.
I don't know, the Bears are pretty bad. LOL!
