Power-Heated Wetsuit Allows Sub-Zero Surfing

Have you ever seen a surfer in the water when the temperature is 20 degrees? So with the wind chill factor, it should feel more like -4 degrees before it's all said and done. Well the guys at Rip Curl did just that, with their "H-Bomb power-heated wetsuit". They spent 2 hours in Arctic Circle waters that would kill most people in minutes. The suit works by "fibre-heating elements, which conduct electricity that generate heat and warm the blood."

This I think is a little insane, but the concept can be used in so many different ways.
