SyncToy 2.0 beta

I don' know about you guys, but I backup my work on a flash drive. But I don't think I've ever bought one with the built in software for backing up. And the one program I tried only let me use it for 30 days then (like most shareware) I had to buy it. Well after trying a few I found SyncToy from Microsoft which they give you as a free program. It works great. You can set it up to just keep adding files, overwrite files, compare the 2 directories and make them identical, and much more. I even found a way to run it off the drive itself so it would auto-sync on plugging in. Now they've released a new version. I can't wait to try it. There wasn't much that it didn't do before, but now hopefully some of the ways to run it won't be command line commands, like the aformentioned auto sync.
