Griffin's Evolve Takes Wireless To A Sexy Level

I've used Griffin Technology's stuff before, mainly to get my ipod to play in my car without wires. It's kind of hit and miss but it gets the job done, and considering the alternative of a thousand CD's all over the car, it's very good. Well the guys at Griffin have come out with a pretty cool ipod dock boom box, with the ever so cool name "Evolve". This wireless sound system lets you move the rechargeable lithium-ion battery powered speakers away from the base unit. They can be move up to 150 feet, and communicate via RF, so walls shouldn't be a problem.

Fully charged, the speakers can provide up to 10 hours of playtime, before having to be recharged again. The base not only works with the ipod, it can also accept stereo inputs as well.

For a $300 wireless ipod docking boom box, this isn't bad at all.

Damn you gadget gods!!!!!

I want this so badly, but I don't know if I can justify it. I just don't listen to music that often at home.

KHAAAAAANNNNNNNN!!!!!!
