Apple + Growth = Bad Customer Service?

If you've spent any time on this blog, you know that I'm a PC guy, although I've come to respect Apple and the products that they put out. One thing about Apple that I can seriously respect, is that they treat their customers pretty well service wise (iphone hacks aside). So with Apple doing well and growing bigger than they ever have, they are starting to experience some things that they never ever had; unhappy customers.

The thing about Microsoft is that they do have a huge share of the market, and with that comes the inevitable fact that you can't please everyone. So as Apple starts to get a little share of the Microsoft community, more complaints about Apple and its customer service are starting to rise. Maybe it just comes with the territory of doing more business than at anytime of their history. So with that, Apple must make changes to the way that service their customers. That will be good news to some of the new customers, but maybe not so much for the old school Apple heads.
