Apple lawyers asked Gizmodo and Crunchgear to take down the pics they posted of the fat nano. Which pretty much confirms that they are legit pictures and someone will pay with blood at Cupertino. It is rumored that these new nano's will be going under a new name and will have the following features:
1. It will likely come in 8GB and 16GB versions.
2. It will have video playback.
3. It will not be called “Nano” anymore.
