Doing what Porche couldn't, the Tesla electro-roadster goes from 0-60 in 4 seconds, and is totally electric. The sexy electric fire-breather is due out this fall at a price of $98,000, and 560 of 800 are already sold.
So it's not to late to put in your $50,000 deposit, which will allow you to buy the Tesla by next July.

But hell, this thing is impressive!
Yeah, this one's cool. They're planning a whole line of high performance electric cars including a sedan. The company has a plant in Albuquerque, too. Maybe I can get a local's discount.
