New Porche Hybrid can hit 70 mph on Electric Motor Alone!
All I have to say is WOW! This isn't your older brother's hybrid... Hybrids don't have to rival Big Wheels anymore. (Does the toy company still make Big Wheels?) Porche takes it to a new level!
While this thing is pretty cool, and the wife wants our next vehicle to be a hybrid, it can't get to 70 with batteries, it can just maintain it there:
"The hybrid ... can't reach 70 miles per hour without the traditional engine, but once it gets there it can cruise at 70 without the need for gasoline.
