Sony is going after the less teche side of users with their new line of laptops dubbed the 'CR'. They are a set of thin and light notebooks that come in five fancy colors, sangria, cosmopolitan, dove, indigo and dark Tahitian night (actually black).
The lappies weigh about 5 pounds with a 14-inch display and optical drive. There’s an instant A/V mode for playing back music and moves and it supports LocationFree TV so you can watch your reruns of “Hero's” at the cafe. They’re starting at about $1,350 and will be available at the end of june. You can pre-order now, if you know which color you want.
