What I think is so funny is that anyone who's experienced tech support on the customers side or the actual tech, both have horror stories to tell. Well if you've spent any time on a helpdesk, you know how frustrating certain 'users' can be.

There are aspects of this guy I can relate to, specially the last thing he tells the customer on the phone.
