Next Frank Miller Adaption

MOVIE NEWS:
Warner Bros. are set to take on the next Frank Miller comic licence. Ronin. The word Ronin comes from the Samurai tradition. A ronin was a Samurai without a master (shogun). Kurosawa's Yojimbo is perhaps my fave Ronin film. Which later in turn got blatantly used for almost every Clint Eastwood cowboy film, in this case Pale Rider.

Miller's Ronin Published by DC Comics (I happen to work in the same sky scraper) is about a Samurai who lets his master get killed by a demon in the 13th century. Only for the sword of the warrior to bring the demon and ronin back to life in the 21st century. Variety reports Ronin will be shot using the same techniques as "300". Sylvanian White ("stomp the yard") is set to direct. White enthuses that Ronin is one of Miller's earliest classics.

Well I absolutely love Frank Miller and his work, and if this is anywhere near what '300' was; I'm all over it.

They need to take his Batman 'the dark knight returns' and make a movie from that!!!
