Halo 3 has a street date that is set in stone, sort of.
It's Tuesday, September 25th.
"'Halo 3' is much more than a video game release; it's the biggest entertainment event of the year," said Peter Moore, corporate vice president of Microsoft's Interactive Entertainment Business. "On September 25, we intend to deliver a finale that will go down in entertainment history and leave people around the world with an experience that will be shared and enjoyed for years to come."
Bungie predicts the game will have the biggest launch in gaming history.I can't argue with that..

Well I cannot wait,I have to save my cash to get the "Black Xbox 360".
Save your money and just get the regular one. There's no difference in the HDMI and the component cable, as far a picture is concerned. And you can get a 120gig HHD a lot cheaper.
Not unless you have your hart set on black.
I've been getting my wife Sharon to play our X-Box games in hopes that once she gets addicted, she'll agree to upgrade to the 360. It was her idea to buy the x-box years ago; and even though she bought a few games; she rarely played it. We actually used the original system more as just a DVD player than a home entertainment system. What I need is for Nelson to e-mail my wife and explain all the features the X-Box 360 has, and why we need to get one. (I'd tell her myself, but as any married man knows, your wife won't believe or listen to you about anything anyway, thus the need for others who she respects to let her know)
I'm a techie not a magician!!!
Actually, if you don't have a 360, the elite is a better bargain. The 120 HDD is priced at $179. Add that to $399 for the system. That is significantly less than $479 for the elite.
Good to know, but I still think I need an intervention and a plan.
Try, "Honey, my friends all have theirs".
