Geeks gone wild!!!


I don't think this is what Best Buy had in mind when they purchased 'Geek Squad'. Talk about providing 'Legendary Service'!!!

Note to nerds.... don't do this at home, or at any one else's home!!!!

I'm thinking if someone has the 'goods' on me like they do on this guy, I'm going to offer 'Free' services not discounted services. Video after the jump.

I currently have a class with a guy who works for Geek Squad. I can't determine as of yet how deep his knowledge of computers is.

Regardless, he has some hysterical stories of what he's come across.

No matter where you are in the industry; there's all types of people. If you work in a support role long enough, I don't care what level of support you provide you'll develop a biased, cynical view of your customers. There is a constant inner battle; Do I tell this person to from here on out to use their computer as a doorstop as they aren't intelligent enough to properly operate it. (and lose your job); or smile and face the lowest common denominator with respect, kindness, you know, live that lie...

Your day will certainly be between those to polarities.
